Nyerere National Park

Nyerere National Park, formerly known as Selous Game Reserve, is one of Tanzania’s largest protected areas, covering approximately 30,893 square kilometers (11,700 square miles). Located in the southern part of the country, it is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site and is renowned for its unspoiled wilderness and diverse wildlife.
